The conference was part of IxTC series 2008, provided the Irish Java software development community with a platform to meet, listen to and learn from some of the world's leading authorities on Java technologies delivered sixteen content packed session.

Kevin is a system & server software developer with over a decade of commercial experience with NASDAQ-quoted technology companies & Irish financial institutions.

Aside from his professional work, Kevin is an active member of the Irish user group scene, and an IrishDev.com Elite Member.

Earlier this year he spoke on mobile web development with WURFL at the Irish Open Source Technology Conference (see his presentation here http://IOTC.FirstPort.ie) and spoke on Facebook app development at September's PyConUK in Birmingham.

In 2007 he presented on XMPP/Jabber at the inaugural Irish Java Technologies Conference in Dublin and he returns for this years conference to impart his knowledge on Cloudware for Java.
